Last Tuesday we headed to East Mesa to join the party on the Loop 202 that is opening between University & Power. Seriously, who hangs our for hours, outside, in Arizona, in July without being in a pool? Not sure what we were thinking. Poor Rylee. She was such a trooper, no complaints. We actually ran into a few people we knew. We weren't the only crazy ones suffering the heat just to hang out on the freeway.
Thank you ADOT for providing the cute hard hat. Now that we have a picture of Rylee in it, we can throw it away!

Cool...how many people can say that they have hung out on the freeway? I can imagine that you were roasting on the black-top pavement in the AZ sun...yuck...but it still sounds like it was fun.
you are definitely brave. And how is that I didn't even know you were going to party on the 202 (sounds like it was a unique way to party)!!
